Leviathan to challenge Pelham's cannabis interim-control bylaw:Town says it's prepared to defend its legal rights and integrity of bylaw in court

The Town of Pelham sent out a notice Tuesday saying it is fully prepared to defend its interim control bylaw surrounding cannabis production. The bylaw is being challenged by  Leviathan Cannabis Group, which had sought an exemption for its planned operation at 770 Foss Rd.

Leviathan Cannabis Group, through a subsidiary, Woodstock Biomed Inc., has said it will challenge Pelham’s interim cannabis control bylaw in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
