Old City Hall cenotaph vandalized with graffiti overnight, hours after Remembrance Day service

Spray paint is removed from the historic cenotaph at Old City Hall Tuesday, Nov. 12, after the cenotaph was vandalized sometime after Monday's Remembrance Day ceremony.
