OMB hearing set for contentious Roncesvalles Avenue development:421 Roncesvalles Ave. given official heritage status in 2017

A proposal to build a seven-storey office tower at 421 Roncesvalles Avenue will go before the Ontario Municipal Board on Wednesday, March 14.

In 2017, Toronto City Council formally designated 421 Roncesvalles and adjoining 61 Howard Park Ave. as a heritage site following an endorsement by the Toronto Preservation Board.
