Rockcliffe-Smythe residents demand protection in flood prone area

Black Creek overflows onto Humber Boulevard North during the rain storm of July 2013 that brought record levels of water down onto the City of Toronto.

Rockcliffe-Smythe residents expressed disbelief upon discovering no flood mitigation measures have been implemented in the half-decade since their homes sustained extensive water damage during the July 2013 storm.
